"Days Go By" by Keith Urban
Nah....I am not going to lament on the fact that I have only 7 days more to school and the crazy amount of tests awaiting me.
Today infact is my grandmother's birthday dinner and I just came back from the big 10 course feast I had at Hua Ting restaurant and apparently this restaurant is pretty famous for its cuisine. I had lobsters, crabs, superior shark fin, tenderloin beef, roast suckling pig etc.....And we ended off with Leonidas Pralines Chocolates.....Yum Yum....
It has been 3 days since I finished watching Lost and I still have post Lost depression....and I seriously can't wait for the next season and I do have some conspiracy theories of my own....Haha....
News on season 2
- Michelle Rodriguez is going to be part of the show. She appeared on the last episode of season 1 flirting with Matthew Fox
- The show is going to feature the survivors of the tail end of the plane which includes Rodriguez character and maybe Bernard??? (Rose's husband)
- Boone is coming back in Shannon's flashbacks unless he becomes an undead....lol
- Someone is going to die pretty early cos apparently one of the cast members got greedy and asked for more money...and the producers ask him/her to screw off
- Sawyer and Jin have a high chance of not dying in the next season
more updates in the future...lol...

Lost
Lost is by far my most favourite TV series to date.......Oh man and thanks to Mr Dennis Soh, I basically finished the whole series within 2 days. Well how did I do it? A lot of sleep deprivation and just staring at my laptop in between meals.......
Lost is unlike any other TV show where flashbacks plays a very important part in the story and character development. There are SPOILERS below....so if you still want to watch the show every week...don't read them...lol.....Within this few days, I felt so attached to every single character (well not every....some are just plain annoying) and it must be every creator's dream to have that happening. There is always something behind every episode.....Faith....hope.....destiny.....though sometimes the methodology is slightly far fetched, I find myself wondering how would I be like if I am placed in that situation....
I must say of all their story plots...I really enjoyed Jin/Sun and Shannon/Boone flashbacks.....Though they are not the main characters but their story plots are by far the most realistic and down to earth.....Well except for Boone and Shannon making out......that was the closest to incest.......
Charlie's story just bores me to death......but anyway this is really a great series....you just have to stretch your mind a little....Not for the logicals....
Episode 20 (i think) was my favourite.....the death of Boone and the birth of Aaron.....come on it was so clever to place them together in one episode........

"Respect" by Aretha Franklin
Been watching crazy amount of television and happened to chance upon the Brad Pitt interview with Diane Sawyer and I totally have newfound respect for this actor. I always thought of him as a big action star and nothing else. But seeing that interview with him and his work in Africa with the kids and Aids patients on poverty really struck me. There are so many many unfortunate people around and sometimes as humans you don't look beyond yourself. And this is a sad thing. Mr Pitt has been visiting Africa consistently and he had bonded with these people. You can tell that from the interview he is a very modest and humble person and he almost cried when he talked about how fortunate people are living in the US and how much heart he has for Africa. I am so impressed which brings me to The Xia Yi interview. I was so repulsed watching that interview a few weeks back. The woman has issues, a lot of issues. Another case of a person being a martyr and enjoys being victimised......

"Breathe In" by Lucie Silvas
Guess I havent't been blogging much during the holidays except for little quizzes telling me who am I really.
Hmmm...these few days have been really a godsend....Been really slacking and it's truly a joy. I have been thinking of what is lying in store for me in the future........Will I be married with 4 lovely kids or will I be a swinging bachelor? Honestly speaking, I want to have the former but I am seeing myself as the latter. I am 23 years old and I suck at relationships and I hate commitment.....Guess it's explains huh. Come July, I would be attending Tyng Yuan's wedding. Something that I am looking forward (Don't ask me why). This will be the first wedding of my friends and bachelorhood seems to be knocking at my door again.
PS: If you happen to chance across this blog and you are interested, drop me a note. Haha...

The Handwriting Test

For a graphologist, the spacing on the page reflects the writer's attitude toward their own world and relationship to things in his or her own space. If the inputted data was correct Kenneth has left lots of white space on the all four borders of the paper. Kenneth fills up just the center area of the page. If this is true, then Kenneth has a particular shyness toward people and a fear of moving too fast in any direction. Kenneth is an example of someone living with a low self-image, because their innate self-confidence was broken.

In reference to Kenneth's mental abilities, he has a very investigating and creating mind. He investigates projects rapidly because he is curious about many things. He gets involved in many projects that seem good at the beginning, but he soon must slow down and look at all the angles. He probably gets too many things going at once. When Kenneth slows down, then he becomes more creative than before. Since it takes time to be creative, he must slow down to do it. He then decides what projects he has time to finish. Thus he finishes at a slower pace than when he started the project. He has the best of two kinds of minds. One is the quick investigating mind. The other is the creative mind. His mind thinks quick and rapidly in the investigative mode. He can learn quicker, investigate more, and think faster. Kenneth can then switch into his low gear. When he is in the slower mode, he can be creative, remember longer and stack facts in a logical manner. He is more logical this way and can climb mental mountains with a much better grip.

If someone gets him mad enough to tell him off, he will not be sorry about it later. He puts a mark in his mind when someone angers him. He keeps track of these marks and when he hits that last mark he will let them know they have gone too far. He is ruled somewhat by self-interest. All his conclusions are made without outside emotional influence. He is very level-headed and will remain calm in an emergency situation. In a situation where other people might get hysterical, he has poise. Kenneth will work more efficiently if given space and time to be alone. He would rather not be surrounded by people constantly. In a relationship, he will show his love by the things he does rather than by the things he says. Saying "I love you" is not a needed routine because he feels his mate should already know. Anyway to sidetrack a little.......School is OVER!!! O-V-E-R! Words cannot express how I am feeling right now. Everyone was in a really happy mood today. We joked around and for the first time I felt destressed in lab 4. I am happy really happy.

"Angels Brought Me Here" by Carrie Underwood
I haven't been updating my rats infested, cobwebs hanging blog. Many things have happened over the 2 weeks. Failing competency, almost redoing my whole complete dentures, passing the crown competency at the 3rd time truly by the grace of God, having a little reshuffle in the cell group. So many things, so little time. And it's all good. Rueben Morgan from Hillsong is coming tomorrow and to share the same stage with him will be awesome with the presence of God.
