"Everytime" by Britney Spears
Updating my blog seems to be a time in the past but i decided to be more committed to it.....even thought its not going to be an everyday update, i will still try my best...
2 consecutive days in orcharD! But with 2 different groups of people.....yesterday i had a little outrage of my modesty when i was fitting clothes for weisong's belated present....they claimed that they can see through the pinky shirt i tried on........well..........look out weisong......lol....
And then today we were feasted to a day of "cracks", big, small, crevices......butt......oops did i say butt??? I guess its the in thing nowadays.....well....sexy????? I guess people have different views and perceptions and also depending on the situations......reminds me of the HRM lectures.....I do think that our class people are very talented.......all of us can act......haha.....Mediacorp and mediaworks should source their talents in dentistry............star search.......bluergh......

Hmmm....Am i talking about american idol today.?????? Nah........So many controversy.........Well at least Siwen is appeased now because of Jasmine's departure in the competiton....
Hmmm....There is this rumour circulating that I am joining Singapore Idol.....I was a bit shocked to hear that...Let me dispell this rumour....I once said i didn't mind joining for fun if there is the numbers......so......am i joining? No......unless something major happens.....haha....so Lilian....All the best! I will be supporting you.......just don't force me to join.....haha.....
The end of 2nd week of the so called special term....indeed its special and unique term.....so special....while everyone is having holidays, finding jobs......i am stuck in school......well being stuck in school is fine but.......oh well (quote maojie) that's life and I signed up for it.......No complains...Hurrah! 3 more weeks and freedom...haha....so anticipating for the hols and the great singapore sale!

"Slow" by Kylie Minogue
Hmmm.....today has been a pretty bad day for me....and I did not even wake up on the wrong side of the bed....neither did I have a bad hair day....well that is subjective...anyway......today just stinks....
1) Occlusion....... It is still a mystery to me.........
Well I finally understood what the seniors said.....that you won't understand much of the lectures.....I wanted to....but it seems almost impossible to.......And when I decided to rest my eyes for just about 5 seconds.....I saw our dean's hand coming down straight to my right shoulder to wake me up.....He did gave a smile and I gave him a bigger smile to counteract my lack of attention span hoping that he will fall for my ever charming smile....Haha.....Alrighty....a black mark....thanks for noticing Mr.Dean
2) Impressions......Close but no cigar
I found something more annoying that op tec....THIS! Op tec feels like ps2 when compared to this...It started off with the whole 34 in the clinic and it was depressing to see it whittling down to almost 10 by noon cos everyone is casting their impression down at the lab....... Am i so incapable...?? I know I am empowered by God to the the impossible..
3) Dirrty.....
I got the shock of my life after visiting angel in the histo lab when shafiq came to me and say "hey, Mrs Aw/Au/Ow (whatever her name was) wants to see you!" I was like what! Could not this day get any worse......I was glad but she didn't reprimand me like what she did for jon.....she was questioning why was my table dirty.....ArrgH! It sucks to be no.24.....you are at the corner of the room.....right in front of the war ridden plaster room and you will happen to be the default telephone operator for lab2 too......Oh yaa....I gave her my mega watt smile too hoping that she will fall under my spell...Haha....thankfully it worked...and also I appeared to be submissive over the domineering personality of her...Well wait till I become a DentisT! Haha..... It is a terrible day today but I thank God for today.......it could a trial period for me....All I know that God you will still be with me.......No matter what....

Let me give you a riddle today......
The thing I once have ...... Now I don't
It seems like a burden at times.....and it has been for about 4 months
Sometimes it hinders me during my lab work but all it needs is just a flick...
My mornings will never be the same again without this thing of mine.......
I cant think of any vague stuff to write......
Haha... guess this is all for my riddle...

YES I have chopped off my hair after much consideration......its much shorter thinner than before...not as bushier....And I have still no idea how do I style it......
The deciding factor was that nowadays I perspire incessantly during lunch even when the surroundings are cool and windy....it is telling me something and I think I got it.....Bye bye Hair....no I know how it feels for females to chop off their legacy of hair...
It has only been 4 months and I felt for my hair when the stylist was cutting it......

"Solitaire" by Clay Aiken
I used to play solitaire on my computer for a brief period of time.....at that time it was just a tool for me to kill my time....rid of my boredom......but now its has another meaning altogether.....
Being in dental school taught me some stuff.....that I should cherish every little thing I am given.......I have learned to appreciate the little things in life........time....i do not kill anymore.....cos i need time....and my RnR time is dropping drastically down the chart.
While everyone are having their hols, I am back in school,...not just having lessons.....believe you me....lessons are fun.....not the stress filled lab work everyday.....I have learned to cherish boring lectures.....tutorials.....cos its stress free.... i have learned to appreciate my holidays even though its 3 weeks compared to people' 3 months...and the time spent in school building float....canvassing for money......organising events....during the hols......i learned to appreciate...

"Colours Of The Wind" by Poca Lee
Wow....I dedicated this blog entry to mr..Poca LEe.....Well I had one with Vanessa Williams the other time...but today we had our prelude to POca LEe's remix version of Colours of the wind.......Stay in tuned for buffet night where Poca Lee's manager promises a night filled with mesmerising songs and the best choreographed dance steps........Do keep a look out for it...Tickets are sold at any SISTIC outlets soon.....
My favourite TV show just ended yesterday....But it was a pretty disappointing season for Survivor.......predictable episodes.....and my favourites got voted off early (Tina, Colby etc) except for Shii Ann and the game degenerated into a love fest........DOn't get me wrong, i like love but this is a show about survivor.....not temptation island and bachelor nor bachelorette.......that is why I don't get hooked on such shows.....just find it chessy.......Well....at least the ending was great...seeing rob squirm in his pants and his inadequate articulation during the final coucil....
Today's occlusion practical was quite fun......having plaster all over my face and tasting alginate like worms perforating from the holes of the trays......haha...although i failed a couple of times......but hey....i got close....

Van Helsing
Ohh.......I went into the cinema with a few of my good friends......and a bad review in mind.......I read it somewhere that Van Helsing is quite a messy and lengthy movie but anyway I decided to give it a chance.......
It starts with the birth of Frankenstein....... "It's Alive!!!!"
Quite a corny scene i thought.....Signs of bad things to come........
I was captivated by the whole show after that one scene..............
The thing I like about the show is the characters that are portrayed and the special effects........It is just simply awesome....Hugh Jackman reminds me of Wolverine in X-men.........He sounds the same and he looks like Logan especially when he is ripping his clothes of in the end.....so wolverine like..... Kate Beckinsale's figure was enhanced by the her clothes and she has a pretty wierd accent in the movie.....and i think she has the most comic relieves with her many anticlimatic stunts like banging her hand on to the trunk and then gettnig her flame blown off by one of the brides.....And I just realised that the person who acted as Dracula is the same guy who acted as the Duke in Moulin Rouge........ Did i mention he looks really classy??? And I like his 3 brides too...........
I was just simply in awe by the special effects....and I am never the person who would go gaga of effects and I was today......It marks an event in my 22 year history of movie watching!!

Hmmm....I heard complains that I am lazy for not blogging frequently.........The fact of the matter is I AM! But am I going to lose my no.1 fan to Diana???? No way! Haha......Charles you are still my no.1 fan rite?
Anyway today is mother's day. Mummy I love you...... I like this song a lot.......It describes the relationship between the child and the mother......and of course I like it even more because of Christina Aguilera........Can you imagine i almost chose "Mama" by spice girls for the title of this entry......Heehee....
Church today was enlightening.....I realised how much I take people for granted especially the ones in my family......My grandmother, my father and my mother..........I will be a good boy from today onwards.......... and will learn to appreciate you all better.........I felt like a bad person after church but thank you God for letting me know that.....I love you too.....
To everyone whom I had offended for the past 22 years, please pardon me.......

"Zombie" by The Cranberries
Hmm.....Resident Evil is getting tougher and tougher............It is giving a gamer like me a big challenge......zombies, leech man and infected dogs.......more and more adversaries.....
I just did the unthinkable yesterday. I treated the most gruesome, brutal, disgusting, revolting, repulsive, sordid, nauseating and in the words of Simon Cowell ghastly bottle of teeth....Actually 2 bottles..... I donned on my rubber gloves and went into the kitchen like some lab researcher..........boiling my extracted teeth with dettol, washing powder, water etc........Even with gloves I had so much problems in having contact with the teeth......yucks!
After everything, my whole kitchen reeked of anti bacterial evaporised dettol........... ~~~gross~~~
I went cleaning everything making sure I don't infect my family members ...... I guess it was my first time cleaning the kitchen......Haha........
For those who feel condemned after reading my flowery flow of vocabulary, please don't be.....I had Mr. Thesaurus from Microsoft word to assist me...........................

Dawn Of The Dead
I caught this film 2 days back......decided only to write about this today because I was pretty hooked on my new resident evil game on ps2 for the past few days....After killing the first boss, i decided to pen my thoughts now.....The graphics are getting better and better man!
Dawn of the dead is a pretty good movie.....It has a tinge of 28 days later and the zest and action and shocking values of a Hollywood movie. Therefore it does keep you to your seats.....unlike 28 days later which is more of a subdue horror movie.......
Should go and watch for entertainment value or if you leave your brain at home............
But it is definitely a scary thought if suddenly the world turned out to be that way.....I envisioned the thought and I was freaked out by it.....
Don't feel like talking about it anymore......it is HistorY!!!!
Yesterday, I celebrated Erni's birthday at Feathers and Fins..........a pretty cool name for a pretty decent restaurant......The food there is definitely worth the price and I will probably go there more often.....I can still be a virgin of Fish & Co. Honestly I wrote this because I just remembered that I promised Erni I will mention about her......one of my ardent reader converts........Keep publicising for me ya!
Elaine came to my house today to pass me the books needed for year 2 and I told her it was so uncanny the feeling...It seemed like I was at her home not long ago getting my year 1 books........Time really flies.......... She told me to enjoy the 5 weeks of special term cos' it is fun.......Wow.....that is suprising.....I shall see....
