"Say It Isn't So" by Gareth Gates
A few more hours to the dawn of my 3 weeks holidays......I would like to give my readers an advance apology......the next few months would be the time where I would probably be whiny, complainy (if there is such a word), sometimes even bitchy................. Sorry in advance......
Today I went to Bugis and I saw an auntie selling tissue papers in the mrt.......at 30 cents a piece.....And suddenly I was reminded about yesterday sermon.....on how I can make a difference in a person's life....I didn't gave her much but I bought a packet of tissue paper from her and gave her the change left......I always have a soft spot for old people (especially aunties) and I knew I could do more but things happen......I remembered last year when we went to visit the old folks during part of our orientation......I actually left with some thoughts and I felt really burdened for them.....The auntie that I had a conversation with have so many children and none of them wants to take care of her because of the fall she had that made her wheelchair bound........
There are so many people who are so unfortunate in this world and sometimes I feel like a jerk complaining about the little things in life.......Do reflect upon this and hope that everyone will make this world a better place to live in......
